None of the 82 responses listed Edmonton as their top no-trade target. Not a single vote or of 82 is pretty wild considering where things were at 5-10 years ago.

It's in the article, but essentially let's say a mil the year after might only count as 900k, then the second year after 800k, so on and so on.
