FACEIT permanently banned me, then removed the ban after I opened a support ticket, provided evidence, and after they described the case as reviewed through a “thorough investigation.” The case was resolved.

Almost two weeks later, FACEIT went back to the same resolved case and banned me again, later calling the unban a “mistake.” How can a closed support case be reversed almost 2 weeks later without a clear rule, new evidence, or transparent explanation?

5 days after they unban me after i sent all the proof to them and my ban was succesfully removed.

@FACEIT_Darwin I recently played with my friend and enemy guy called us retards multiple times, we did make a ticket and someone from faceit support said that its not valid evidence and that the ban cannot be resulted so i thought the word isn't valid to be banned as FACEIT ADMIN CONFIRMED.
