AI 2977. I've taken over 500 flights so far but never experienced such bad turbulence on this flight. Like many others, I too was scared like never before this time. We all prayed silently that the plane will hold on & captain will take us safely & so he did. #Kudos @airindia

This is clearly an issue between @airindia & @AirIndiaX and I should not have made to suffer the inconvenience and the mental stress caused. I demand a refund. @airsewa_MoCA

I was issued boarding pass of IX 1074. The in-flight crew refused to give me the Veg meal which I had pre-booked saying it was @airindia mistake. They were very rude when I explained & showed my e-ticket. Finally, as if doing me a favour, gave me a packet of cashew nuts. (cont.)

AI9412 & IX1074 code share flight between @airindia & @AirIndiaX caused me inconvenience & mental stress. Air India did not informe me by any means that my PNR was changed. So, I had trouble entering Delhi T1 as @DigiYatraOffice did not validate it. (cont..)

@drgauravluthra This happens on all flights of all the airlines. It is not worth taking front row seats that I have learnt long ago.

Crew even allows more than one handbag to many passengers inconveniencing others.

I was too late to realize that booking on SpiceJet SG 252 today was a risk than a mistake. Broken safety belt, broken seat handles, open cables & more... No refreshments served in spite of charging for it, 'cos it was not available. Just water on asking. @flyspicejet @DGCAIndia

@GM_CRly @RailMinIndia @Central_Railway Train 12106 delayed by more than one hour. At Shegaon station we have to pay Rs.15/hour to use waiting room. Why should passenger pay extra when CR caused delay? Shouldn't we get free access to waiting room or refund part of the tkt fare?

@airindia I am a frequent flier on AI and generally have had good experience. Unfortunately two back to back flights welcomed me with broken seat backs, broken handles and continuous crackling sound from overhead. Don't know if it is even flight worthy @DGCAIndia

@amazonIN Why you do it again, 2nd time this week! Status shows it will be delivered today, then it changes to delayed delivery on 27th Dec. Your customer care agent confirms it and then I get this- a false reason!!

@mybmcWardRC @mybmcInfra during on going road work for almost one month, this water pipeline was broken and has water leakage. This needs to be fixed properly BEFORE road surfacing is done.

I am following up with contractor since many days. Need action stop water wastage.

This is the condition today. No work done on sewerage, the filth keeps spreading & causing unhealthy conditions. No road access in case of medical emergency. Inspite of official complaints, many phone calls are in vain.
