@madebygoogle my smoke alarms all randomly triggered pretty much bang on 6am uk time this morning, and cleared a second or so later. No alerts as to what was detected where in the app.. any ideas? Was an update or something pushed?

@JagexSupport non-Jagex acc perm closed out the blue without any given reason, is there a way to get an answer at least as to why? Ticket was closed without response. Asking for friend without twitter so can pass on his ticket ref etc if someone is willing to look and respond to

@JagexSupport 3/2 Is there a way to actually get a reason behind this decision? Or is it the norm for accounts with no prior ban history to just get closed without reason and the door shut? The support ticket was closed without further reply. Throwing in @JagexAyiza as he's a goodun' also

1/2 @JagexSupport a friend of mine thought he may had had his account compromised the other day as his login no longer worked and email reset wasn't recognised. Raised a ticket via the support process which replied "the account you log in to with [email] and the character name...

@JagexSupport 2/2 "[name]" has been permanently disabled and is no longer accessible. Unfortunately I'm unable to provide any more information".. given the 100s of hours we spend on this game he's blown away and I don't really want to lose a friend to play with either.

@JagexAsh hope you're well! Would there be any scope to consider giving the option to make IM mode lock actually permanent? It seems pointless currently to have locked UIM perm, however someone could make me a green helm if I were compromised, which is worse than losing all items

@JagexSupport is anything up with servers? Friends account seems to have random disappeared into oblivion and name replaced on friends list with square brackets and random letters inside them, they can’t login to account at all via email etc

@johnlewishelp refused returning a parcel to a listed store saying they only do click and collect. Either your website is wrong or the station is lying.. what can be done about it? customer services via phone were useless and just raised a new return. Disappointing really
