On November 13 2020, while Boris Johnson had a party, my wonderful mother died ALONE in hospital.
I was at home unable to visit her and was informed of her death over the telephone.
Anger doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

As #SocialistSunday ends, thanks to all those who followed me. I left twitter when Starmer became leader. I went through a very dark time when I lost everything I loved, including my mother. I decided to return to join the fight with my Socialist family, it's great to be back!
We are prepared to fight for the right to live without poverty.
Meanwhile, in Westminster, the search for Starmer's spine goes on ...

If you've had enough too, let's spread the message. We are being ground down by our own government in the hope that we will submit to whatever shite they come up with. But it won't work, as a community we are strong and unbreakable, together we say:
#EnoughIsEnough.

NHS primary care is close to collapse.
Remember in 2019 when Jeremy Corbyn warned that US companies were bidding to take over the NHS? The MSM said it was a Russian conspiracy.
Well, guess what, it turns out he was right. I could weep.

Jess Phillips is trending on Twitter so here goes. Phillips was amongst those who made sure Jeremy Corbyn never became Prime Minister. So anything she has to say over the #CostOfLivingCrisis should be taken for what it is, hypocrisy.
"- the blank that follows death - the weary void - the sense of desolation that will come upon the strongest minds, when something familiar and beloved is missed at every turn - when every household god becomes a monument and every room a grave."

@Dorriefraser1 @jewel_thin Thank you, you sum it up exactly. The loss of a loved one is always hard but that she died alone is unbearable and then - to add insult to injury - those who made the rules didn't abide by them.
"There was no pause, no pity, no peace, no interval of relenting rest."

Saw Keir's "commitment" clip so checked the full thing. Ouch.
@afneil: A pledge is your word...So is it a pledge that these industries will be in your manifesto for nationalisation?
KS: Yes
And tuition fees?
"They're all pledges so the answer is yes..That's why it's a pledge"
Jeremy Corbyn tripled Labour Party membership. Sir Keir Starmer is on course to halve Labour membership.
One represented hope. The other offers only despair.
The average MP claims expenses of £203,880 on top of a salary of £84,144 = £288,024pa.
The Houses of Parliament cost £560,400,000 pa
They cream it at our expense
