Round two of #GameDay went to #MachiKoro. This game has some of my favorite artwork. I was able to quietly build up my cattle farm while the husband and @elanmoridin tried to #bankrupt eachother. They quickly caught on to my #strategy... #boardgames #tabletopgames #citybuilding

Finally saw #PacificRimUprising last night. I LOVED IT!

I have discovered the secret to surviving a monster attack. Stop running from the the #Kaiju, wait till you are close-ish, watch where it steps, then run towards it and hang out behind it. The monsters never turn around.

@TabletopDavid All very good points, hence why I don't think it can stack up against new games we have now. I personally love Monopoly, my husband and I play it frequently. We will also bust out Codenames Duo or Five Tribes. You can like multiple genres :-)

Why does everyone hate on #Monopoly?
1. Almost all of us played it as a kid,its a #classic.
2. I agree, it doesnt compare to the #boardgames that we have now, but that comparison is like saying Gold is better than Paper.... yes its more valuable, but paper is still pretty useful
