Prayers ascending for you. Not gonna lie, chemo side effects can be tough. I'm on cycle 3 of 6 and the neuropathy has been terrible. It should resolve once chemo is done. 2nd cycle nausea was bad but start your anti-nausea meds on day 2. They will give you pre-meds that include anti-nausea meds but mine only lasted about 24 hours. First day after was fine it's been days 2-3 afterwards that have been the most side effects. "Everyone is different" is all I keep hearing so keep a journal to try to figure out what works best for you. Eat/fast, have heard both. Only constant is to keep hydrated and I love my new countertop ice maker that makes sonic-style ice so I can just chew on that. Some days even water tasted terrible. You might have to experiment with different drinks and foods as well. Good luck, you got this!
