Week 310. Today on the Genocost Remembrance Day for Congo, we once again protested with Hope4Kinshasa outside Exportkreditnämnden. We demand them to cancel the deals with companies and actors that exploit people and nature in DRC.
After a meeting with EKN, they have still not met our demands. The humanitarian crisis currently taking place since a long time in Congo – fuelled by capitalistic imperialism – cannot be met with silence. We must all raise our voices and stand behind the struggles and demands of those affected; all the countless people who are living with this violence and exploitation in their everyday lives.
No one is free until everyone is free, justice for Congo! 🇨🇩

You can buy a new flag, but you can't bring 180,000 people back to life.
How is it that this "full statement" says NOTHING about murderous genocide funded by the USA?
No, Netanyahu should not be welcomed into the U.S. Congress.
On the contrary, his policies in Gaza and the West Bank and his refusal to support a two-state solution should be roundly condemned.
As I stated last month, I will not be attending his address.
It is a dark day in US history when an authoritarian with warrant requests from the International Criminal Court is allowed to address a joint session of Congress.
40k Palestinians are dead.
Hostages aren’t home.
Netanyahu is a war criminal.
I will be boycotting his address.
If you think a nightmarish, unconstitutional round up of innocent people, merely suspected of being enemies of the state, can’t happen in the U.S., then you’re forgetting that it already has.
I was among them, along with my entire family and community.
Week 307. Earlier this week, 10 environmental activists from the group Mother Nature Cambodia were sentenced to six to eight years in prison after peacefully protesting for clean water.
This is yet another unacceptable example of the global trend where activists and land defenders are being criminalised and faced with ever increasing repression.
The right to peaceful protest cannot be compromised. Activists continue to resist state repression and continuing to speak up for all of our rights, freedom and safety. But they need all the support they can get. We all need to raise our voices to #DefendTheDefenders
I stand in solidarity with my friends in Mother Nature Cambodia and demand their immediate release, along with all political prisoners.

The Supreme Court has become consumed by a corruption crisis beyond its control.
Today’s ruling represents an assault on American democracy. It is up to Congress to defend our nation from this authoritarian capture.
I intend on filing articles of impeachment upon our return.
📍# Gaza: as of today, @UNRWA, the main lifeline for #Palestine Refugees, is denied from providing lifesaving assistance to northern Gaza.
Despite the tragedy unfolding under our watch, the Israeli Authorities informed the UN that they will no longer approve any @UNRWA food convoys to the north.
This is outrageous & makes it intentional to obstruct lifesaving assistance during a man made famine.
These restrictions must be lifted.
UNRWA is the largest organisation with the highest reach to displaced communities in Gaza.
By preventing UNRWA to fulfill its mandate in Gaza, the clock will tick faster towards famine & many more will die of hunger, dehydration + lack of shelter.
This cannot happen, it would only stain our collective humanity.
Week 292. Today we are several people and groups protesting in Sundsvall, Sweden, outside SCA’s AGM. Forestry is Sweden's single largest emitter of greenhouse gases, and the main driving factor behind loss of habitat and species. 1/12
Week 291. Today for the fifth day in a row, young people blocked entrances to the Swedish parliament to draw attention to the climate crisis and all those suffering from it today. Today it is also the fifth anniversary of the first global climate strike, when we filled the streets in our millions and striked for climate justice.
We are not going anywhere. This fight has only just begun.
In ganz Deutschland. #WirFahrenZusammen
