@infinitemagnus1 @HJoyceGender And all support should be given to the individual to help them accept themselves as they are, and efforts should continue to break down roles and expectations assigned by society due to sex so the idea of 'incongruence' diminishes and becomes less painful to experience.

@infinitemagnus1 @HJoyceGender I'm not saying there isn't any possible physiological component to transexuality. I just done believe it needs medical or surgical treatment. It should be accepted as variation within the sex, not an indicator they 'are' or need to 'be' the opposite sex.
