This is egregious considering he had more meetings with Bankman-Fried than anyone in the space to discuss a crypto regulatory framework designed to benefit FTX alone.

@JerryOaksmith ..It makes the meat much more juicy. Drying it out makes for a crispier skin! Before baking, pull meat out and allow to warm up to room temp. Always allow your final product to rest after pulling from the oven for 5-10 min. Before serving! Yours truly, HL!

@JerryOaksmith Sorry Jer'! I missed your call for help! Glad Owner could step up! Next time, I highly recommend doing a dry brine overnight. You dry the meat with paper towels and salt down well, herbs/ pepper ok too! Put in fridge, skin up, overnight or even longer! ..
