I am travelling on AC Shivneri Bus MH12VF6695 from Pune to Dadar. Despite purchasing an AC ticket, the AC is not working and the cabin temperature is around 30°C.

Shocked to see ₹2,153 added as “Net Other Charges” in my Jan 2026 bill.
These alleged dues relate to Adani (earlier Reliance) connection from more than 9 years ago, never shown in any bill till date.
Actual usage charge is ₹453 (50 units).
