@RoyalMail just received a notification that my item could not be delivered due to access issues. Unfortunately you never actually attempted! I live on a main road used by HGVs, buses, emergency vehicles etc. I paid for 24hr delivery as I needed the item today
@ubereats_uk why has my driver picked up another order, then mine, then delivered the other order in the opposite direction to mine, I’m assuming he has collected a @JustEatUK or @Deliveroo order as well as my uber order, goes against all of your courier agreements

I’ve now sent a statutory demand requesting uk registration number, registered address in the uk, and details of your public liability insurance. I will be taking this to court
@waitrose just received my £25 order delivered by @ubereats_uk , all destroyed by what looks like a form of cola. (I didn’t order cola btw), photos sent to uber and they have offered me £2.29 to replace my shopping, is that a fair way to treat a long loyal customer of yourselves?
@DavidLloydUK Have also sat here again and 3 people turned away from buying a drink? FFS the club don’t close till 10pm, it’s currently 21:10hrs. Why were members not advised when joining that despite the gym being open till 22:00 that the cafe and services close at 21:00? Misold memberships?
@DavidLloydUK gym closes at 22:00 so why close the tills before 21:15, not only is this inconvenient to customers but those with medical conditions are unable to purchase any sandwiches or drinks, I understand the kitchen closing but I’m starting to regret the move from Bannatyne
@POferries how to I make a complaint about the ferry I’m about to disembark? The crew on the ferry are not interested and I’ve been sent from pillar to post to sort my issue. What a waste of time buying a club lounge ticket when incompetent staff cannot help deal with my issue
@DavidLloydUK why do you charge premium prices but fail to deliver any form of customer service? Emails go unreplied, messenger goes unreplied is that what I’m to expect for £300 month?
@ThreeUKSupport received my bill, been charged for data roaming outside of the EU. I’ve not been outside the EU, been in the UK and France and when I last checked France was in the EU
@McDonaldsUK is there a way to shut the app down when a 24hr restaurant closes 4 a system update. Order made on app, payment taken, arrive at restaurant 2 be told they can’t process anything for 30minutes. Waste of my time, waste of fuel especially given the 8p litre it’s gone up
@Uber_Support Have DM’d you screenshots of two examples, the aerial and toothpaste which both have offers, and the basket which shows the items but offer not applied
@ubereats_uk why are the promotional offers at @waitrose still coming up at full price when placing an order? Like 20% or 50% off certain items are still going in the basket at full price
@waitrose When I placed my order I got charged full price for everything, so cancelled. In the past when you add things to your basket on @ubereats_uk the offer price is shown in your basket prior to checkout, not the case on this occasion
@UberUKI_Support what is the full business name and registered address. I’m sick of you not properly dealing with complaints, time to take @UberUK to court again!!
