@cmohry @mlkhattar In engineering we have learnt that how to avoid fatal errors in projects, solutions: checking - checking - checking to make design foolproof. In this case entire regulatory bodies failed to perform their power/authority. Under the present circumstances they should be questioned.

Psychological test of every trackman sould become mandatory for recruitment

Sir, please allow all Pway engrs to implement these instructions on ground and order for opening only limited work sites, where SSE/JE can supervise work. Rest of the sites should be ordered for closer till arrangements.
