🚨BREAKING: ICE wrongfully deported a 25-year-old U.S. BORN citizen to Mexico… and he had to SUE the federal government to finally be allowed back into the United States.
Brian José Morales García repeatedly told authorities that he was born in Denver.
He told them he was an American citizen.
He told them he had a birth certificate, and Social Security number, at his home in Austin that he could provide.
And they deported him anyway.
According to his lawyers, the government deported Brian in April after a police stop near Fredericksburg. His citizenship was questioned, and ICE treated him as someone who had entered the country illegally.
Except he was born in the United States.
His lawyers later submitted additional evidence, including hospital records, witness affidavits, and a certified Colorado birth record confirming his citizenship.
And now, months after the government wrongfully deported him, Brian has finally been allowed to come home.
A U.S. citizen had to SUE the federal government, and produce an overwhelming amount of documentation, just to get back into the country he was born in.
And this is exactly why the argument that “if you’re a citizen, you have nothing to worry about,” is absolute bullshit.
Because what happens when the people with the guns and badges decide they don’t believe you?
What happens when saying, “I’m an American citizen…” isn’t enough?
What happens when you have to produce your birth certificate, your Social Security number, hospital records and witnesses… and even THAT doesn’t stop the government from deporting you?
So, when DHS say, “We won’t deport citizens.”
They already have. Brian is proof.
And the most terrifying part is that he was lucky enough to have lawyers who could fight like hell to get him back.
How many people don’t have that?
How many Americans could be detained, deported, or have their lives destroyed because an ICE agent decides they “look undocumented,” and didn’t believe them when they say they’re citizens?
That is why racial profiling is so dangerous, why due process matters, and why ICE agents violating constitutional rights puts everyone in danger.
And that is why giving federal agents more power, while demanding less accountability, is a dangerous combination.
Brian José Morales García was born in America… he told them he was an American...
They deported him anyway.
And months later, the government finally had to let him come home.
Roger Federer’s wife, Mirka, fighting back tears while introducing Roger Federer for his induction into the Hall of Fame:
“My husband, my best friend, and now… the newest member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame.”

🚨 BREAKING: Democrats are planning Project 2029 — a blueprint to investigate, prosecute, and potentially jail Trump, his family, and key members of his administration for alleged crimes.
Thumbs up 👍 if you want to see Trump behind bars.
The Postal Service’s job is to deliver your ballot. It is not Donald Trump’s job to decide whether you get one. Our elections are run by the states, not the President.
Voting is about to begin, and Trump is trying to rewrite the rules on the eve of it. With the first mail ballots going out next week, his Administration is trying to impose new requirements on states that have already spent months preparing to run their elections.
And he is trying to push those changes through before the courts have even determined whether he has the authority to do it in the first place.
We are not going to stand by while Donald Trump tries to seize power over our elections that does not belong to him, and we will fight him in court every step of the way.
Donald Trump does not get to invent powers the Constitution never gave him.

BREAKING: 24 blue states and D.C. sued to block USPS' final rule, which authorizes the agency to monitor and control which voters receive a mail ballot in the midterms.
The rule, officially published today, comes in response to Trump's anti-mail voting executive order.
We’re suing to block USPS’ rule restricting mail-in voting. This rule is an unlawful overreach that shows just how far President Trump will go to control elections—and we won’t stand for it.
Your vote is your voice. We’re asking the court to ensure every person has the right to make theirs heard.

This is creepy as hell.
Masked, armed ICE agents lurking around hardworking Americans and immigrants, watching and waiting for someone they can isolate. Like pedophiles at a school gate looking for the child who walks away alone.
This is not public safety. It is government intimidation designed to make ordinary people feel hunted simply for going to work.

🚨BREAKING: In Danbury, Connecticut, an ICE agent was filmed pointing a taser DIRECTLY at the head of a man who was already lying on the ground… with his hands zip-tied behind his back.
In the video, the man is pinned to the ground, his hands are restrained, he isn’t visibly resisting, and an armed federal agent has a taser pointed at his HEAD.
At the same time, the agent tells another agent he needs to help with another person, who is already being restrained by multiple agents… and is literally just sitting on the ground.
The person filming says, “They aren’t even resisting.”
The agents go to put the men in a car, when another agent tells the person filming to “get the fuck back.”
He says, “Alright,” and starts WALKING AWAY.
But the agent follows him, saying…
“Keep going.”
“I’m leaving.”
“Keep going.”
“Don’t you see me walking away?… But you keep following me like I’m not walking away.”
You have the right to record law enforcement officers performing their duties in public, as long as you aren’t actually interfering with what they’re doing.
Walking away, while filming, is not interference.
The Fourth Amendment also protects people from unreasonable seizures and excessive force.
And when someone is already restrained, lying on the ground, and not visibly resisting… pointing a Taser at their HEAD raises some very serious questions about excessive force.
So, when the people with the guns, badges, and federal authority start acting like constitutional rights are optional, who exactly is supposed to hold them accountable?
Because “I’m leaving” should have been the end of that interaction.
And having a man lying on the ground, with his hands zip-tied behind his back, should’ve been the end of the use of force.
And THAT is why people need to keep filming.
Because accountability will never happen without evidence.
The US has designated Autistici/Inventati as a global terrorist organization, because they say that they provided hosting to a site used to dox ICE agents.
Newsflash: Providing hosting to someone who posts information is not Terrorism.
Oh and here's a picture of a killer:
