One thing I want to improve in our program is intent during training. Often I see athletes just “checking a box” when performing an exercise, not straining for improvement.
We are now color coding our training board to communicate exercise
purpose:
Orange=mobility
Blue=volume/pump
Red=strength
Green=power/explosive
