MICROPLASTICS MASTER THREAD
There's a lot of buzz around Microplastics. Are they in your balls? Your brain? Are you more plastic than man?
I will lay it all out for you in the coming weeks to months.
Bookmark this thread and stay updated.
Trust me. This will be the most important thread you read this year.
As time goes by I will add to this thread and cover everything you need to know about Microplastics. You'll learn how they get into you, what they do once inside you, and how you can help mitigate the damage.
Bookmark it. It's worth it.
@Helios_Movement I've recommended this for pretty much every supplement for years.
If for no other reason than simply proving there's an actual benefit. May even be detrimental, but you wouldn't know until you stopped.
It’s field trip day for my daughter! I lathered her up with natural TanTallow Sunscreen.
It goes on smoothly, doesn’t leave your skin white and doesn’t have a chemical smell like traditional sunscreens. See ingredients on the lid. @AncientHealingX
Microplastics are starting to get the attention they deserve.
We've been talking about this for years, which is why we launched our Zeolite Detox Soap with @DocAnarchy
Clean ingredients (You know tallow is the main ingredient here)
But a special mineral ingredient called Zeolites.
Studies show them to have an adsorbing effect on microplastics.
Our suggested routine to microplastic detox in 2026:
1) stop consuming them, stop wearing them. that means no ultra-processed foods and home-cooked meals only.
2) sauna. sauna. sauna. you excrete what you eat, so get sweating!
3) wash them out with zeolite soap. you've done the hard work to cut back your exposure as well as your elimination of microplastics. now it's time to make sure they go down the drain by using a zeolite soap!
It's now popular to hate on and fear microplastics, make 2026 the year you're microplastic free.
There are over 2000 open positions the US grads don't want to take.
The majority of these graduates will complete and intern year and reapply, and match.
@iallarak There are IMGs who are better doctors than Americans, of course.
The OP conveniently ignores the fact that there are over 2000 open spots. Americans could fill them all if they wanted.

@aribindi@DrDeepMD No, but you're also only talking about highly complex surgery.
Won't be the case for routine Ortho, gen surf, or bread and butter surgeries in any field.
Absolutely correct. Once these technologies invade training it's going to be very hard to find a doctor who is trained adequately.
But I also wouldn't be so sure you'll get a benefit from babysitting a robot doing surgery. They'll cut reimbursement rates. We've seen it in other fields already. Both at the CMS level and individual practices.
What'll inevitably happen is mid levels will gain access to this market or remote doctors and drop rates.
@DrDeepMD Over 10 years, definitely a possibility. Probably closer to 20 imo.
Hence why anyone smart in medicine is making as much as possible in preparation.
There are already machines that can flip burgers, but they haven't replaced fry cooks yet. Same goes for truck drivers. Could name a dozen other careers.
These all have less risk and liability than surgery. Why aren't they implemented? These systems make mistakes. It would require a huge change over 3 years to implement fully robotic surgeons.
Remote, sure I can see that.
@PeytonElroy Yeah I'm mostly just curious. I don't think we can say for sure yet what percentage is ivm knocking down CEA vs absolutely helping with the cancer. I suspect both are at play but who knows.
Cool data to track regardless. Sorry he's going through that.
