Quick Saturday Morning Update - By now, the media, @NWSLosAngeles , @NWSSanDiego has informed most people that the @NHC_Pacific has shifted the path of #Hilary a tad eastward. What this means is, and I have been saying this for last few days on this thread, is the main impact of #Hilary will be felt east of the MAJOR MOUNTAIN ranges - @SanBernardinoNF @MtBaldyResort, etc eastward into the deserts and into Nevada. She has accelerated, so this impact will start to be felt later today into tonight, but should be out of the SoCal area by Monday am.

I have put the totals of the GEFS down on the images below for rain, wind speeds as well and added the ICON map.

Folks - The models are all over the place with rain totals. West of the MAJOR mountains will get a good amount of rain, but the winds will be far less, than on the eastside of the major mountains. The eastward movement of #Hilary will also bring the major mountains copious amounts of rain due to the orographic lifting

The @NHC_Pacific will release an update later this morning on the path of , so will give everyone a mid-day update. For now, if you west of the major mountain ranges in SoCal and the Southwest, you will have less winds to deal with and maybe lower rain totals.
