@Moonlight_the@realDonaldTrump US Code 894 Art 94:
Any person subject to this chapter who with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition.
“The plug has been pulled on humanitarian services.
Over the past days, utility providers have severed electricity and water one by one to UNRWA’s schools, health centres, and other service provision points across occupied #EastJerusalem.
These actions come against the backdrop of the anti-UNRWA laws amended late last month by the Israeli parliament, forcing utility providers to suspend services to UNRWA.
We need electricity to light up classrooms and offices, to keep life-sustaining medication cooled, and to heat buildings. We need water to keep our premises clean, and simply to wash hands. Electricity and water are among the basic preconditions of dignified healthcare and education.
In October last year, the @CIJ_ICJ ruled that Israel has the obligation to ensure access to the essential supplies of daily life, including food, water, medical supplies and services, and to facilitate the work of UNRWA in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem where Israel is not entitled to exercise sovereignty. It further noted that the Israeli laws were impeding UNRWA’s operations.
The amendments take these Israeli laws a step further. These cuts are a deliberate effort to weaponise basic necessities in the attacks by Israel – a @UN member state – against UNRWA, at the expense of critical services and access to fundamental rights for #Palestine Refugees. They are designed to end our longstanding presence in East Jerusalem, which in itself predates the Israeli occupation.”

My office is filing a civil rights complaint seeking an investigation into Dr. Oz's baseless and racist allegations against Armenian Americans in California.
We are APPALLED by Prime Minister Albanese inviting Israel’s President Isaac Herzog to visit Australia in less than two weeks, witches.
APPALLED.
And while we could list all the reasons why for you here (in addition to the unforgivable pic of Herzog signing Israeli bombs, below), amazeballs Melbourne lawyer Josh Bornstein has done a far better job in this piece, which we encourage all witches to read:
“If Herzog’s visit to Australia proceeds, the federal government will find itself in the awkward and embarrassing position of having advocated new laws that would criminalise hate speech and incitement to commit violence against a group on the basis of race, while also choosing to host a senior political leader who has been accused of incitement to commit acts of genocide in proceedings currently before the International Court of Justice.”

Several weeks ago we announced we’d stage a boycott of any venues or travel companies Herzog’s visit was associated with. But it now appears the organisers of his visit and any events he’s speaking at are only (or mostly) using places and companies which can’t be boycotted (like Parliament buildings, for example, and private homes for accommodation). But of course they are.
However, if we discover any corporations either paying for or facilitating his impending visit, we’ll be sure to let all witches know. We understand Herzog will be in Melbourne on February 9th and Sydney on February 12th, and it’s thought he will attend (as an honoured guest, no less) our federal parliament building on the 10th and/or 11th in between those dates.
We want to stress once more that we DO NOT publicise proposed events people we deplore appear at as a way to ask witches to personally attend those venues. Other organisations may encourage in-person protests or actions against people like Herzog, but MFW do not promote such action by our own followers. There are a number of reasons for this, and in the end witches must all make their own individual decisions about what kind of protest they’re comfortable with and (more importantly) what kind of protesting works.
However, we do encourage witches to take action against any business assisting with and profiting from Herzog’s visit, if we can discover what those are. Because ANY Australian corporation benefiting from hosting a person who signs bombs during a genocide is as bad as he is. And as Josh Bornstein says in his important piece, it’s disgraceful and bizarre that our federal government would eagerly invite and host a man whose government is embroiled in war crime investigations.
In these unprecedented times, it’s imperative we all keep doing what we can to hold those taking away our rights and kowtowing to the powerful to account. This is why our campaigns continue. The horrendous men who run the world must be stopped, and as soon as possible.

The papers scale new heights of absurdity today. The SMH has an exclusive scoop on the timetable at the Kings School. The Shitigraph announces that somebody called Holly Valance has backed Pauline Hanson. And the Israelian is still frothing about woke in the Arts. Pathetic.
BREAKING: A group of Maine nurses just showed up at Susan Collins’ office to demand she vote against funding ICE following ICE’s killing of nurse Alex Pretti. This is what solidarity looks like. This is power.
A federal agent saying “if you raise your voice I will erase your voice” to a civilian is not just intimidation — it may be an unlawful threat under U.S. law.
We asked https://t.co/rYrBQqyuu1 about the incident and what the observer should do next.
PAXIS says:
This statement suggests violent retaliation for speech, violating the Fourth and Fifth Amendments. It may be a color of law offense — when a government official uses their position to threaten or harm someone in violation of their rights (18 U.S.C. § 242).
What to Do Immediately:
• Write down everything: time, place, exact words, and witnesses.
• If safe, record the incident.
• Report it to the DHS Office of Inspector General.
• Contact a civil rights lawyer or trusted advocacy group.
You have the right to speak. You have the right to witness. No agent has the right to threaten your life for doing so.

This man is one of the chief architects of the genocide, president of the apartheid regime starving hundreds of thousands, openly justifying the slaughter of children with embarrassingly stupid propaganda, and he has been invited to visit Australia. For social cohesion.
Two Americans are dead at the hands of federal immigration officers.
That's why I won’t vote for the DHS budget. That's why Kristi Noem and Stephen Miller need to go. And that's why we have to rein in ICE and stop this.
Dozens of Israeli students demonstrated yesterday at Hof HaCarmel School in Haifa, Israel, against the principal, chanting: “Let the IDF win, fuck the Arabs,” after he led a discussion about settler violence in the West Bank.
It wasn’t enough for Stephen Miller that these American citizens were murdered by ICE and CBP, he had to slander them with lies after their deaths.
Miller is a deranged, bloodthirsty bigot, and his policies put lives at risk every day he remains in power.
Fire Stephen Miller.
