🚨 THE U’S DARKEST SECRET: Did Miami’s most prestigious university SHIELD an accused sexual predator for years?

Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy stood on stage at the 2023 AUA meeting to receive the Gold Cystoscope Award — the highest honor in young urology — with his mentor @dipenjparekh beaming beside him. @AmerUrological celebrated.

@JAMANetwork amplified his COVID fertility paper. @SMSNA_ORG and @sexmedjournals cheered.

Less than a year later: @UMiamiHealth and @umiamimedicine’s own Title IX office confirmed allegations of “inappropriate conduct” toward male trainees were CORROBORATED.

He wasn’t fired.

He wasn’t reported to police.

He quietly resigned… and relocated to Dubai, where he’s still practicing urology and overseeing trainees.

Then came the FDLE arrest warrant (Oct 2025) for sex offenses.

The allegations: systematic coercion, medically unnecessary genital exams, forced “treatments,” and pressured semen samples that may have tainted landmark research. Trainees silenced by fear for their careers.

This is bigger than one doctor.

This is about institutions that allegedly chose reputation over victims.

Why has the @AmerUrological and @SMSNA_ORG never commented publicly on Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy’s alleged sexual assault of multiple male trainees? Allegations that apparently led him to flee the United States.

Matter of fact, why has @umiamimedicine and @dsui_miami_uro allegedly buried this? To protect an institution? What about victims?

Title 9 violations MUST be reported to law enforcement. Is @KathyFndzRundle aware of what could *allegedly* be the most egregious case of systemic sexual abuse of trainees and cover-up in modern medicine?

Allegations deserve investigation. Victims deserve justice. Silence is complicity.

What I really want to highlight is that the American Board of Urology called this process the Continuing Urologic Certification (CUC) and I think that’s just a beautiful name.

Great news! The FDA updated testosterone product labels today. The TRAVERSE trial found no increased CV risk, so the boxed warning is planned to be removed! However, a blood pressure warning has been added after ABPM studies. Use remains limited to men with medical conditions causing low T.

A few things to consider when making your wager:

+ I return from China on the 16th of Dec and measurement will take place during the final week of the month. I've not previously measured how much international travel affects NTE however I know from casual observation that it significantly decreases them. The body get's pretty messed up with such a large time zone change. It's TBD how long it takes my body to adjust normal NTE.

+ My baseline NTE measurement was two hours and 12 minutes (~ave for a 47 yr old). My best NTE was 2 hours and 59 minutes (ave 18 yr old), which was post two therapies: 1) focused shockwave therapy and 2) botox. The positive effects of those therapies lessen over time.

+ In mid November, I started a second round of shockwave therapy on the penis, completing three sessions however improvements can take up to 12 weeks after the therapy.

+ NTE is something you can't really "try your best at". They just happen or they don't. You go to sleep and the body does its thing.

+ NTE is a significant biological age marker representing sexual, cardiovascular, and psychological health.

+ Deficiencies in NTE correlates with an increased risk of premature death by 70%.

Actually, it’s usually older men with lower testosterone who face this health issue.

Simply put, testosterone doesn’t increase the risk of prostate cancer.
