@CaptainJackYT I think the introduction of the bridge crew in episode 1 is meant to tell us more about what sort of leader Captain Ake is rather than a means to introduce the crew as full characters. (But I also wouldโve liked to see a few of them go on their off books adventure ๐)
@DChilv I liked it a lot! The ending is kind of expected but I enjoy the fleshing out of characters. Kahn is almost sympathetic but the show doesn't shy away from him being a baddie which I really like.
@TheMindProbe2 I think the appearance of The Fugitive doctor was provided/manifested from Abena's perspective of the story not the Doctor's. He doesn't really recognise her until the story is told. The Doctor probably comes away with a new pre-Hartnell memory not unlike Once upon Time.
@teganstrapvanka Stepping into Sci-Fi, the blanket probably records any tiny tiny bit of X-ray present, it's just really really good at creating an image from that faint signal or is able to discern images from another part of the EM spectrum like the heat/infrared.
@teganstrapvanka A bit like the thermometers that popped everywhere in the pandemic, they don't emit any light, instead recording the IR radiation all things naturally emit.
@whoknewpodcast Could he comment on his input into The Thirteenth Doctor's Big Finish releases and if they've been able to do things he wishes he could have done during his time on the show but otherwise couldn't?
@minimoefoe What if the 73 yards woman is the last person to break the circle? And some version of Ruby will preside over the next person to break the circle? The face mark definitely shows intention and reason. The opportunity to question and theorise is definitely a feature not a bug.
I used to dislike Luke in TLJ completely.
Now as a 25 year old with anxiety and depression, Lukeโs arc in that movie hits me hard and motivates me to overcome any obstacle.
Luke Skywalker is my hero and will always be my hero. He grows with me.
