🛩️ On Tuesday, July 30th, a large-scale training exercise was held at the Mid-Wales Airport.
The exercise simulated a realistic emergency scenario which involved two planes colliding at an airshow and crash landing in the parking and spectator areas.

UPDATE: The White Ribbon charity - which campaigns against violence against women - has suspended Shropshire Fire Service's accreditation.
That's the third fire service to have its accreditation suspended following our revelations over the past 18 months.
This week we are supporting the @NFCC_FireChiefs drowning prevention campaign #BeWaterAware
The campaign aims to raise awareness of the risk of accidental drowning and reduce these preventable deaths in the UK.

Henley fire station will close under Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service’s proposals, and its on-call firefighters dismissed. There will be only one fire engine available in south Warwickshire from 10 pm at night. Hopefully Warwickshire County Councillors will see sense and stop this madness.
