Very easy to label everything colonial sir. Officers of all levels sit under one roof so that people don't have to visit multiple offices and grievances can be adressed quickly. May have shortcomings but still fruitful.

My advice to CSS aspirants. Prefer Foreign Service over PAS/DMG/PSP
DC/DPO is max 5-6 yr. Rest its Add Comisnr ISHTMAL,DIG Tele, Secrtariat
In FSP,U live abroad 10 countries;Limos;State Banquet;10 Downing;UN;Kids settle abroad & U meet Global creme de la creme vs Tehsildar/SHOs
