With Pokémon Bank Shutting down in February, we have been preparing a global team of volunteers to help rescue everyone’s Pokémon!
If you have Pokémon that you need help moving to Pokémon HOME, or you want to help us with our mission visit https://t.co/nWipilLVNX
There are already 100+ volunteers on board so I think we have a very good chance of actually Saving ‘em all! 🧡🤍

As a -solid remedial- I know where the complaints come from. There's a lot of invisible walls to art-learning (or any limit-breaking for that matter) that many people are absolutely incapable of seeing without a massive fundamental perceptual shift.
And people with "the knack" don't know how to teach the cultivation of insatiable creative enthusiasm, the thing that lets you sit and ponder and see those invisible walls. Because for them it simply always was. And generic drawing tutorials can't really imprint that enthusiasm, either.
To break limits, a learner has to want something in a very specific way.
People just assume creativing is a straightforward process, when formatting yourself into a creative tool is probably the most all-encompassing mastery of emotion and thought that we can possibly engage in. (If you're not naturally inclined.)
For example: You might really enjoy the IDEA of drawing, because you write stories down and think it would be nice for them to be drawn. But then simultaneously, the act of drawing bores and frustrates you. ...But you still REALLY want to draw.
So how does one rectify those mind-states?
Weeell, first you have to figure out how to make yourself not hate drawing. (Even though intellectually you tell yourself you don't hate it.)
Theeeen you have to find some personal motivation to figure out how to copy things even though it's boring and you just wanna draw your sparkledog.
Theeeen you gotta dig up personal motivation for each topic you hate, to somehow trick yourself into seeing the purpose in what you're studying, just so it will stick.
I have to say, "learning how to learn" is a better starting point, if you don't want problems later.
