"When covenantal fruitfulness is replaced with self-reference, the Church begins to resemble the culture around her.
Instead of being oriented outward as light, salt, and leaven, she turns inward.
Her language shifts from mission to management, from obedience to self-description.
Identity becomes fragmented and qualified, rather than received and unified in Christ.
The result is not faithfulness, but confusion."

If you feel convicted that you need to advocate for truth and justice, but are not sure how, check this episode out.
We were happy to be joined by Paul Lawton from @ARPACanada to discuss ways Christians can advocate in the public square:

“As your premier, my most sacred responsibility is the protection and the safety of our children.”
- Wab Kinew
Several problems here:
- There’s no such thing “our” children. The family is its own sphere of authority, and operates under the jurisdiction of parents. Not parents and the state.
- Thus, boundaries for a child’s protection and safety are determined by parents, not the state. Especially in a state where ab*rtion is considered “healthcare” and speech is considered harm.
- If the state actually cared about the safety and protection of children, they’d be doing the things that are actually within its sphere of responsibility and that actually protect children — i.e., abandoning the farce that is reparative “justice” and re-establishing retributive (proportional) justice.

Law itself struggles to keep pace with Canada’s rate of degradation, which is now travelling at roughly the same speed as fiber-optic data.
“Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.”
Marc Miller and his den of cretan chihuahuas want us to believe that secularism is the last refuge of common sense between various fanatical tribes.
What they conveniently forget is that secular regimes are responsible for some of the frankest genocides in history.
Why?
Because secular regimes have no god beyond their own appetites.
See THIS is why I pay taxes!
Where else in the world can you get a government-issued grocery voucher in return for the low, low price of half your income!
I can’t wait to purchase two bags of avacados with this windfall!
Dictators know that hale and hearty non-state institutions (church, family, etc.) are the greatest threat to the realization of their totalizing vision.
Any sphere of authority operating outside the state must be destroyed … which means destroying the truth that formed them in the first place.
This explains why our current government is so bent on establishing pluralism as a fundamental Canadian principle.
It is the ultimate disintegrative agent.
If all “truths” are valid, than no truth is valid.
… And you can’t build something on nothing.
The social media ban for kids hasn’t even started yet and already it doesn’t go far enough for glossophobic culture tsar Marc Miller.
Remember this rhetoric from c*vid days?
Once the premise of “safety at any cost” has sponged its way into the collective conscience, all the state has to do is designate whatever threatens its reach as “harm.”
"We think we are rational because we can send men to the moon. But the truth is, many of the same people who laud the voyage of Artemis II will turn around and praise 'gender advocate' Leah Gazan for her courage and advocacy."
