@RendallPage @BerkeleyGroupUK R&R are the worst of the worst. Never responded to discrepancies in invoices for months, added admin fees at will and then refused to release management pack until we paid all disputed fees. Cowboys and strong arm merchants.

@spabreaks Scam alert 'oversold' so no spa availability when you show up. The hotel gets guest they would not have otherwise, spabreaks earns a commission and you are left wondering what to do instead of that relaxing massage and treatments....

@spabreaks Just don't do it through @spabreaks if you want to actually have spa treatments as they, as per the sales team have 'oversold' so you pay to stay in a hotel and have zero spa. When you call you're told to email and wait 28 days...and relax let the stress begin
