@MillsTwitch I’ve done a lot of coach mode. AI RBs are better than last year, but still don’t follow their blocks. AI QBs somehow both make decisions way too quickly not letting plays develop, but also just stand back like a statue at times taking avoidable sacks when they could roll out.

@garantula21 Vegas was 8-9 in 3-on-3 OT and went 1-8 in shootouts. Playoffs you keep playing real hockey in OT and that helps. Also, bad goaltending and missing Karlsson for most of the year. People who don’t watch every game really don’t know just how good he is for Vegas.

In men’s pro sports damn near every organization has employed or employs a horrible person who has done terrible things. Keep calling out the free pass many athletes get, but you’d have no sports left to watch if one of those people winning a title was your standard for a boycott

I’ll never understand baseball Balk rules. They barely twitch and get called, but this pick off move is somehow completely legal. Isn’t the point of the balk rule about deceiving runners? Reminds me of false starts in football. Guys twist around no penalty, they flinch- penalty.

I know picking red means I survive no matter what, but I’m not sure I’d want to survive in a world with only people who choose red. Selfishness and lack of community are already a problem, I’d imagine it would be so much worse if everyone who chooses blue is gone.

@Nutzypoo_ttv It drives me crazy when I’m playing someone I know will chase a pitch, I aim for the dirt with a perfect release, and the pitch somehow still is at the knees in a perfect spot to hit it. The game seems to push all pitches towards the strike zone no matter where you aim.

The “G5 needs their own championship” is such a dumb take. The real problem is the rankings being a beauty contest because of bloated P4 conferences with uneven schedules. 24 teams is perfect. All 10 conference champs and 14 at larges. Home games until the semi finals.

Outside of the missing features that were mentioned by the devs, there was a day one patch that completely sanitized the world removing things like nudity, changing in world advertisements, and items you’d find around. This after the devs said nothing would be censored.

@ZayneDoesThings Console only/first releases. Console first game optimization. Console game purchases not transferring. Backwards compatibility with previously purchased games. Physical media. I have a good gaming pc but still do 90 percent of my gaming on console because it’s just boot and play.

YouTube tv has been the best tv streaming I’ve found so far. They are in a no win situation right now and Disney knows this. Either they refuse to give in, customers turn on them and switch to a Disney owned service, or they cave and customers get upset about a price increase.

Today I learned a new thing. People have stopped answering phone calls with a hello and instead just wait for the caller to speak. That’s so wild to me. I feel like old man yelling at the clouds on this one. I’ll never accept this as a new normal.

i’m a recruiter so i do a TON of phone interviews and something i’ve noticed about gen z specifically is that a lot of them answer the phone and don’t say anything. like i can hear their breathing and the background noise, but they wait for you to say hello first.

@VGKFlamingo The biggest weakness for Vegas last season was skating speed and going through scoring droughts. Marner on paper helps solve those problems. All the players you listed can have their production and impact replaced by others easily. Biggest loss is Petro’s leadership and presence.
