Happy 192nd Birthday to James C. Maxwell, one of the most brilliant minds in the history of science.

James Clerk Maxwell was a Scottish physicist, renowned for his pioneering work in the field of electromagnetism. His most significant contribution was the formulation of the classical theory of electromagnetic radiation, which combined electricity, magnetism, and light into a unified theory.
This was done through the development of Maxwell's equations, a set of partial differential equations that describe how electric and magnetic fields interact. The equations predict the existence of electromagnetic waves, which travel at the speed of light, and were fundamental in confirming that light is a form of electromagnetic radiation.
Beyond electromagnetism, Maxwell made significant contributions to the kinetic theory of gases, with Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution providing insight into the statistical nature of molecular behavior. His work in these areas laid the groundwork for much of modern physics, influencing the development of special relativity and quantum mechanics.

@PhysInHistory I'm learning Electrondynamics and Statisical Physics in this term, in my opinion Maxwell is absolute genius in giving a group of equation.

In 1665, Isaac Newton discovered the spectrum of light by passing a beam of sunlight through a glass prism in his room. He also experimented with his own eyes by inserting a bodkin (a blunt needle) between his eyeball and the bone as far as he could, and pressing his eye with the end of it to observe the effects on his vision

As the world’s largest and most important socialist state, the People’s Republic of China plays a vital role in advancing the balance of progressive forces worldwide. 🇨🇳

However, the greater the role China plays, the greater the slander, myth, and outright lies it attracts.

[C1chen @DonglinRyu]

@Britestoan @ChallengeYCL You mean the schools for fundamental education that government build? To be honest if they did'nt build these school, the condition would turn to that the minority could'nt get education they deserved, for me it just like a kind of social welfare
