Had a very nice journey on the 13:15 London to Paddington train on 14 March. A special call out to train Manager Mikey who was an absolute delight. Friendly, helpful & above all, full of humour. Made the journey so fun & enjoyable. We hope he’s on our return trip! @GWRHelp

@PostOffice Gone are the days when you can actually phone your local branch without having to make a special trip. Instead you call an 0345 number and not one option enables you to speak to a person. Even if you want to make a complaint you have to fill in a form 😤
