This is not how your customer service team is handling a mistake made on their end, which is very disappointing as I have been a long time customer of TickPick and had high hopes of your problem solving capabilities and levels of customer service. I guess I was wrong.
@TickPick I was under the impression you all upheld your slogan “100% BuyerTrust Guarantee” along with “If there are any issues or discrepancies with the tickets that you receive from what you purchased, TickPick will do its best to find comparable or better replacement tickets”.
@askpanera it was just brought to my attention that my data was breached on your website and I have yet to get any communication from you all about how you all expect to fix and compensate accordingly. Please advise.
@Starbucks please do better with the holiday game next year. I miss how it used to be, shaking a snow globe, collecting holiday stickers… now what a glitchy running game? I look forward to this game every year, not anymore
@Poshmarkapp please go back to the old set up with better sharing tools. This is what made your app different from the rest and more fun/interactive. I used to be excited to get on the app, not anymore.
@SonestaHotels really disappointed with one of your locations and I have yet to even check in! I hope you all can do the right thing and help me out. One should not be in line for over 30 minutes to just check in (and still waiting).
@ChoiceHotels I was under the impression that when I buy more points they will post in my account immediately just like every other point system I use for airlines/ hotels. Why does #ChoiceHotels take so long? First points expire and now this. Step it up.
