We, the people of Iran, have to show we have no remote ties to Islamic regime to get visa but then the same regime kids are here living happily ever after?

When we apply to obtain student visa, we go through hell to prove we have no ties to the regime in Iran.
It took me 65 days to be “clear” the first time, several months after that.
Again during green card process it took almost a year to be clear from background check, again for citizenship!
All to show we have no ties to Islamic regime in Iran .
Many of my male friends never got visa simply because they did the mandatory military service, which they have no option to not do it, similar to Israel. You also have no choice to where to serve.
So, why the KIDS of the very people who are the reason US embassies where closed in Iran are in US!

So many of my super talented friends and families are still being impacted by immigration bans but yet we don’t see any action on the obvious cases!!

Eissa Hashemi and Fatemeh Ardeshir-Larijani — the children of current and onetime prominent Iranian government figures enjoying the comforts of the “Great Satan’’ as opposed to the oppressive streets of Tehran.
