I want to share an unpleasant living experience for four nights in Rome from Sep 29 to Oct 3. The house is very noisy at night, and we can't have a stable warm water for shower for four nights.

I won't use Booking and won't recommend anyone use it anymore. The customer service is very annoying without any help. I also sent the complain email to ACM in Neitherlands. I want everyone know how a large platform treat its customers.
