“The Jews conquered Palestine.”

That line is repeated every day. It is also false.

Jews have lived in the Land of Israel for more than 3,500 years. Archaeology and history confirm it. “Palestine” was a Roman name for a region, not a country.

There has never been a sovereign state called Palestine. Not under the Ottomans. Not under the British. It was a territory, not a nation.

Jews were never absent from this land. Even in exile, communities remained. Ancient coins and records show a continuous Jewish presence.

The irony is brutal.
In the 1930s, Nazi Germany told Jews to “return to Palestine.”
In 1940, Norway ran the line: “Palestine is calling all Jews.”

Then came 1947.
The UN offered two states: one Jewish, one Arab.
The Jews said yes.
The Arabs said no, launched a war, and five Arab armies joined them.

Until 1967, Palestinian Arabs were citizens of Jordan and Egypt. The story of a “State of Palestine” that Jews “conquered” is a political invention.

The truth still matters.

This is the Australian Islamic Centre’s own footage, with their logo, their donation banner, and their English subtitles.

After a standard Battle of Badr story, the imam raises his hands and prays on camera:

“O Allah, honor Islam and the Muslims, and humiliate shirk and the polytheists.”

“O Allah, grant relief to the people of Gaza.”

“O Allah, grant victory to the mujahideen and the resistance fighters in the tunnels.”

“O Allah, block their bullets.”

“O Allah, make easy the way of our mujahideen.”

Then the next speaker tells the room that every generation must be ready for sacrifice or “it will disappear.”

“Resistance fighters in the tunnels” is not code for aid workers. That’s Hamas’s tunnel network.

This is being preached, subtitled and published in Australia as if it’s just Friday business.

Imams openly supporting terrorists in an Australian sermon.

No doubt radicalising impressionable young Muslim men in the process.

Albo, this isn’t “diversity is our strength” this is the Australian Islamic Centre openly supporting terrorists without fear of consequence.

How many more of these get waved through before anyone admits the “nothing to see here” line is a lie?

In her latest sciolistic letter to me, @SenWarren made it clear that she knows even less about foreign exchange markets than she does about banking.

What is equally shocking, but not surprising: not a single member of the media mob has a rudimentary-enough level of financial market literacy to spot her remedial error.

To reiterate: under @POTUS, the United States delivers for America’s trusted partners.

For a fuller explanation, I recommend Senator Warren take any entry level course in international finance for her and her staff, or I can personally give her a tutorial on Foreign Exchange for Dummies. Although I am not holding my breath, I hope her next letter will demonstrate that she has learned the difference between a currency purchase and a swap or a loan.

A cleric in Iran just announced that if a woman gets to choose her own clothes, then a man gets the right to rape her.

Do not scroll past that. Read it twice.

That is not a slip of the tongue. That is not a fringe opinion from the back of a mosque. That is Kazem Rohbakhsh an official worldview of the Islamic Republic of Iran, finally spoken without the mask.

For 45 years this regime has told women they are the problem. Cover yourself, or you "tempt" men. Dress modestly, or you "deserve" what comes next. And now the punchline, straight from the cleric's mouth: If you dare to be free, then we are free to sexually assault you.

Let me be clear about something.
That is the whole ideology of the Islamic Republic of Iran in one sentence. A regime so terrified of women that it believes your only choice is a headscarf or a predator.

So here is my answer to the mullah, in simple words:

Women don’t need to cover themselves to control men’s behavior. Men need to control themselves.

A woman's body is not a bargaining chip. Our freedom is not a crime. And your "right to rape" is not a right. It is a confession. A confession that your ideology is too weak to win a single woman's heart, so you must crush her body instead.

Paul Krugman wrote in 1998 that the internet's economic impact would be no greater than the fax machine's. You read that correctly. The man who won a Nobel Prize in 2008 and spent the following decade lecturing you about stimulus spending predicted that a technology reshaping every sector of human commerce was basically a novelty.

This matters beyond the embarrassment.

Krugman's error flowed directly from his methodology. Central planners and their academic allies consistently underestimate decentralized, emergent systems because those systems don't fit their models. Prices aggregate dispersed knowledge that no single mind holds. The internet turbo-charged exactly that process. By 2026, e-commerce alone exceeds $6 trillion annually in global sales. Amazon, founded in 1994, turned Krugman's fax-machine comparison into a punchline worth roughly $2 trillion in market capitalization.

Voluntary exchange, entrepreneurial discovery, and the profit-loss system direct resources toward genuine human needs.

Krugman kept writing columns. He championed the 2009 stimulus, called for even more spending, and watched inflation hit 9.1% in June 2022 while insisting it was transitory, while it very clearly wasn't. The internet prediction wasn't a one-off stumble. It revealed a man who trusts institutions over markets, models over reality, and his own prestige over the evidence.

One possible explanation as to why the left has no theory of mind of the right comes from Jonathan Haidt’s “The Righteous Mind” (2012).

He shows that moral judgments come from instinct and are then rationalized.

The six moral foundations are care, fairness, loyalty, authority, sanctity, and liberty.

Leftists build their moral world on care and fairness, whereas the right draws on all 6 almost equally.

This implies that the right’s moral range generally allows them to understand the left, whereas the left tend to be unable to comprehend moral worldviews based on loyalty, authority, sanctity, and liberty.

The left is constantly arguing with only a third of the moral vocabulary the right is actually using.

Ludwig von Mises sat down in 1920 and published a paper that ended the intellectual case for socialism, even if the socialists took another seven decades to notice.

The argument was precise. Mises showed that without private ownership of the means of production, there are no real prices for capital goods. Without prices, you cannot calculate profit and loss. Without profit and loss, economic planners have no way of knowing whether they are creating value or destroying it. They are flying blind, spending real resources with no feedback mechanism telling them whether the factory, the railway, or the grain depot was worth building. Every allocation becomes a guess dressed up as a decree.

This, he called the Socialist Calculation Problem, and nobody answered it. Oskar Lange tried in 1936, proposing that socialist planners could simulate prices by trial and error. Mises read this and was unimpressed (charitably put). Lange assumed you could reproduce the function of market prices without the institution that generates them: private property, genuine exchange, real skin in the game. You cannot fake the signal and expect accurate information.

The Soviet Union spent seventy years proving Mises right. Chronic shortages, misallocated steel, surplus winter boots in Georgia in July, famine engineered by committees convinced they understood grain supply better than the price system. The USSR collapsed in 1991 under the weight of precisely the inefficiencies Mises predicted in Vienna in 1920.

You are watching this play out again today, every time a government sets energy prices, rent ceilings, or pharmaceutical price caps, and then expresses shock at the resulting shortages. The calculation problem did not expire with the Soviet Union. Bureaucrats who override price signals recreate the same blindness Mises identified. Mises told you exactly what would happen.

Er sagte, genau solche Momente seien der Grund für die Kultur bei SpaceX. Nicht weil Elon Menschen mit Reden motiviert. Er hält kaum Reden. Die Kultur entsteht, weil jeder Ingenieur weiss, dass jedes eingereichte Dokument Zeile für Zeile von einem Mann gelesen werden könnte, der genau den einen Fehler findet, den alle übersehen haben. Nicht um zu bestrafen. Sondern um zu verhindern, dass der Fehler in die Hardware gelangt. Denn Fehler in Hardware führen zu Explosionen.

Die Angst gilt nicht der Kündigung. Die Angst gilt dem Gedanken, Arbeit einzureichen, die nicht das absolut Beste ist, und dass der CEO eines Sechs-Firmen-Imperiums genau den Fehler findet, den man selbst hätte erkennen müssen. Diese Angst erzeugt bessere Ingenieurskunst als jedes Motivationsposter es je könnte.

3⃣He frames landlords and wealthy property owners as the root of NYC’s problems and the reason for socioeconomic inequality
4⃣He called Netanyahu the “architect of a horrific genocide” and "war criminal", putting a target on every Jewish person in NYC

This is how socialists from the Bolsheviks to Castro to Chávez/Maduro always start the war on private property and their designated enemies.

Many similarities. I predict there will be more violent attacks on the Jewish community in NYC, as well as violent attacks on people on the pied-a-terre tax & worst landlords list.
