@georgebellstarr We got no hospital placements on our FdSc, covid was the reason they were cut short for previous cohorts but they never resumed. I’d have loved some time in cardiology and theatres but it couldn’t happen sadly.

Summary:
a) Long night shifts are bad - 10 hrs max.
b) Complex, busy environments = shorter shifts
c) Longer shifts are probably OK in stable environments where rest is permitted.
