@SarahFleming25 @SkyKatieSpencer @lastminute_com No they have not, hopefully they want try and clawback. I'm with @RBS_Help and they made the whole things super easy to do. I was waiting months for any communication with lastminute, and genuinely thought I was never going to get a refund.

@lastminute_com, your website statement explains there should be refund tab in my account area, where I can check its status. Surprise, Surprise, this dosnt exist. Can you explain?

Did you just cancel your booking? or did lastminute? Worried to cancel in-case it means an automatic forfeit of money. Thanks

@lastminute_com, @VirginAtlantic will resume flights to NY from 21st of July. As i am meant to be traveling on the 1st of July, its fairly obvious that my flight is cancelled, so why have you not cancelled my trip yet? The lack of customer service is terrible

@lastminute_com, when will i be notified if my trip is cancelled? Virgin Atlantic do not show the flight on their website. If I cancel my trip to NY, will I be refunded? Some clear advice would be appreciated.
