@moseskagan Retainage is also a key to GC contracts. Make sure a % of the total protect cost is left unpaid until the final punch list is complete. This should be enough that the GC is encouraged to get the project done.

@ChrisRamsey60 This requires a higher grade stone ($$) and needs to be decided pre slab pour. Unfortunately this solution is rarely an option for existing slabs. It will also show considerably more wear and tear and cracks than epoxy as the slab settles.
