Jack Smith and his “witnesses” should be criminally investigated. One example: Jack Smith sought to have David Loveall II, an FBI senior computer scientist, testify against President Trump @potus.

I recently exposed how Loveall was implicated in, and was brought in to help cover up criminal DOJ/@FBI lawfare in US v. Raniere, including digital evidence falsification and evidence planting, verified by seven independent forensic experts, including four former FBI examiners. This was even confirmed by @Newsweek’s own independent expert. 

Multiple former U.S. attorneys have said this case has the most “widespread” government malfeasance they’ve ever seen.

An independent grand jury simulation even voted for a true bill, finding probable cause to indict two FBI agents for this malfeasance, based on a fraction of the evidence now known.

This all traces back to Jack Smith’s lawfare machine.

The rot runs deep, but this is a concrete evidentiary foothold, and since the DOJ and new FBI under @FBIDirectorKash now has this tangible foothold, they should use it.

Since I began reporting on the clear cut proof of INDICTABLE GOVERNMENT CRIME in U.S. v. Raniere, including evidence falsification and evidence planting with links to JACK SMITH, former FBI Director Chris Wray, and former Biden US Attorney General Merrick Garland, a targeted mainstream media counter-operation began. It’s clearly being paid for and is being funded by powerful opposition with a vested interest in keeping this information silenced from the American people.

Weaponized media is working hand-in-hand with weaponized government, which is the same playbook used against President Trump.

In the past 2 weeks, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, People, Fox Radio, the NY Post, Variety, and The Guardian all rehashed the original, scandalous case narrative of U.S. v. Raniere, with government cooperators suddenly making their podcast debuts, and old TV episodes about this case, including American Greed, being re-run over Thanksgiving to keep the DOJ/MSM cover-up alive.

It’s been 6 years since the trial, but ever since I started talking about evidence of government crimes, national headlines have once again sprung up, and they are all fixated on the old, sensationalized narrative surrounding the case.

None of these reports focus on the evidence fabrication, which has been verified by 7 experts (4 former FBI experts) and Newsweek’s own expert.

CNN’s @ElleReeve recently told @CandaceOwens that proof of FBI fabrication in the Charlie Kirk investigation would be “an enormous story”. This isn’t the Charlie Kirk investigation, yet there is evidence of FBI fabrication in U.S. v. Raniere. However, the media is silent.

I’d say this is definitely an interesting case. Many of the @FBI agents involved in this case are still working at the FBI, which is alarming given the accusations of evidence falsification and evidence planting.

There are still many bad actors and Deep State operators working at the FBI.

What would compel the media to run coordinated stories about a case that went to trial over 6 years ago?

🚨 BAD ACTORS STILL REMAIN AT THE FBI DESPITE TRUMP ADMIN VOWING TO CRACK DOWN ON WEAPONIZED GOVERNMENT 🚨

Last week, I noted a link between Jack Smith and U.S. v. Raniere – which former U.S. Attorneys and FBI examiners say has the most widespread government malfeasance they’ve ever seen.

A sworn joint report by 7 post-conviction digital-forensics experts, including 4 former FBI examiners , found that core “evidence” in this case was falsified and planted, concluding that “the involvement of government personnel in this evidentiary fraud is inescapable.” 

An independent expert retained by @Newsweek agreed. When that story briefly vanished from Google, the reporter asked, “Did the @FBI bury this story?” 

Coincidentally, there's key overlap between this case and the lawfare against President Trump.

The same Quantico expert, David Loveall II, who was brought in to deny these allegations, was later selected by Jack Smith as an intended testifying witness in his “classified-documents” prosecution of President Trump.

Former FBI Director Chris Wray ignored multiple detailed warnings from a retired FBI Quantico Unit Chief that this case would become “the biggest FBI evidence scandal since the FBI Laboratory trace evidence fiasco in the 1990s.”

Former Biden US Attorney General Merrick Garland even awarded members of the implicated @FBI and prosecutorial team for their work in this very case, AFTER expert-vetted proof of misconduct was filed. 

EDNY Judge Nicholas Garaufis (who overturned President Trump on DACA and has called Trump ‘bigoted’) denied an evidentiary hearing for the 7 experts, instead saying that he believed Loveall, who never testified, and who claimed without any proof, that there was no falsification of evidence.

The Second Circuit affirmed that no evidentiary hearing is needed, effectively covering up the FBI malfeasance, and even “commended” Judge Garaufis.

The proof now sits on FBI Director Patel’s desk. 

A joint letter from former FBI and DOJ officials urged him to act on “clear evidence of indictable government crime.”

The American people are DONE with talk and empty promises of accountability. After Arctic Frost, 10 years of witch hunts against President Trump and his supporters, and the endless Jack Smith headlines and Biden DOJ propaganda, the American people don’t just want the weaponization exposed, they want to see arrests of corrupt government officials, including dirty FBI agents involved in crimes.

This case provides a highly-vetted, non-partisan doorway to pursue indictable government wrongdoing, starting with tangible proof tied to specific low-level FBI agents. Many of the agents involved are still working at the FBI, which is why it’s necessary for @FBIDirectorKash and @FBIDDBongino to review the evidence immediately to prevent those implicated from corrupting more cases. 

We have the right administration to begin restoring trust and public faith in the DOJ and FBI. But, we need to see action soon.
