5. We have filed official complaint with Medical Superintendent PD Hinduja hospital Khar, Maharashtra Medical Council & have also filed Non Congnizable report, Khar Police station

4. When he came back on 10th Mar & explaining about the above issue that don’t we hv the right to connect on call for 5 mins to our main doctor if the case is of an emergency? He said he has same right to say no to patient & will not do main hernia surgery scheduled for 18th Mar

3. He didn’t like the fact that we tried to reach him regarding my mom’s condition on call for 5 mins on 7th March (2nd time emergency admission of patient) through various channels while he was out for a conference & that we complained about this to hospital management.

2. She has been under his care for last 1 month & he already did one surgical procedure on 26th Feb & has now 5 days before refused to do main hernia surgery originally planned on 18th March. We hv spent around Rs.5 lacs under his treatment till date & only main surgery was left
