@AllenFrancesMD I too have treated many with NPD. Real personality change is not rare (NPD is “curative”) if you treat with intensive (minimum 2x’s a week) psychodynamic psychotherapy from a self psychology approach. It takes time, patience and always attuned to the patient’s subjectivity.
