This is one of the main reasons we chose to focus our research on “refugee settings” rather than simply on who is teaching refugees. Whole society approaches help to ensure quality inclusive education for refugees and host communities alike!

In 🇰🇪, 93% of teachers in camp schools are refugees themselves, teaching up to 150 students per class.
