केजीएमयू के उन फैकल्टी पर भी कार्यवाई होनी चाहिए जो इसको बचाने में लगे थे। खबर है कि जब विभाग में पुलिस इसे खोजने के लिए पहुंची तो विभाग की एक महिला जिहादी फैकल्टी ने इसे अपने चैम्बर में छिपा लिया था।

TGIIC has just floated tenders for inviting Advisors for optimizing the conceptual Master Plan and assisting them in the entire auction process, which may run in multiple phases.

Location: Gachibowli (next to HCU & TNGOs Colony)
Approach Roads:
1. ISB Road
2. Gachibowli Stadium / Mumbai Highway
3. Tellapur Road
Expected Revenue:
After accounting for roads, green zones, and amenities, I expect that 220-240 acres will be available for auction, with a potential revenue of ₹12,000-₹15,000 crore across multiple auctions.
Land Use Plan:
1. Residential
2. Commercial
3. Public Parks, Green Zones & Landscaping
4. Amenities Zone

There is another 160+crores tender floated for developing approach roads & internal Roads.

History:
🔹 This land (Survey No. 25 of Kache Gachibowli) was originally part of the 2,300+ acres allocated to HCU.
🔹 In 2003, during the TDP government, 400 acres were allocated to IMG Bharatha, an Indian subsidiary of the US-based sports academy "IMG."
🔹 In 2006, during the YSR government, this land allocation was canceled, leading to a prolonged legal battle.
🔹 In 2024, the Telangana High Court ruled in favor of the state government, allowing it to reclaim the land from IMG Bharatha.

My Thoughts:
🔹Unlike the Neopolis auction, I prefer proper zoning for offices, residential, and commercial spaces separately. Personally, I don't like the mixed-use zoning done for all the plots, purely to maximize land prices.
🔹A significant portion of the revenue from these auctions should be allocated to the development of Hyderabad, including projects like H-CITI and Metro SNDP, rather than burdening GHMC/HMDA with additional borrowing.
🔹Also, this layout should be connected in the next phase of Metro

Mamata Banerjee has sent her TMC goons to the apolitical Protest Rally near RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.
She thinks that she is the most shrewd person in the whole world and people won't be able to figure out the cunning plan that her goons appearing as protestors would mix with the crowd and carry out vandalism inside the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.
They were given safe passage by the Police, who either ran away or looked the other way so that these lumpens would enter the hospital premises and destroy areas containing crucial evidence so that it doesn't get picked up by the CBI.

As they were dumb TMC hooligans they couldn't execute the plan well and revealed their identity when they vandalised the Dharna Manch of the Resident Doctors, PGTs & Internees.
Why would someone who has come to show solidarity would destroy the Epicenter of the Protests?
Lastly the protests happened peacefully across the State, why violence erupted at RG Kar only?

@BengalGovernor should immediately intervene.

The Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) scam is a serious scandal involving approximately ₹4,000 crore, in which Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and his Ministers are involved.

Recent media reports have also revealed that a minister from the Karnataka Cabinet travelled to Mysuru to retrieve all documents related to the scam.

I have submitted a letter to the Honorable Chief Justice of Karnataka, requesting the initiation of a suo motu Public Interest Litigation to transfer the investigation of the MUDA Scam to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Additionally, I have urged that the High Court of Karnataka oversee the investigation to ensure its integrity
