@Jairam_Ramesh Indian medical doctors severly lack knowledge of material biochemistry (both organic and in-organic). Whole of school mathematics, chemistry and physics knowledge goes to drain when a student enters an Indian medical college.

@Jairam_Ramesh It will be interesting to know how much naive/ core biochemistry and bioinformatics work is developed through mega projects and SUPER MEGA NOBLE LAUREATE "medical doctors" in AIIMS. Most of them rely on basic scientists working in their labs on pebble perks and salaries.
