@ATinyGreenCell Solid lab, clean and productive. Hope you're doing well. Have you ever bought second-hand equipment? If so, could you share where you bought them?
@Nature Unfortunately, it cannot be used in biomedical research. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it also doesn’t work with my coding project related to biomedical research.
@rust_ruslan Hello, I am deeply interested in label-free imaging. Maybe you could share some interesting papers or resources with me? Thanks very much.
Magnification reduce brightness, so during live cell imaging, the magnification should be lower as possible, with present of minor details that crucial for your scientific question.
In order to reduce phototoxicity and photobleaching in live samples, the light intensity and exposure time should be minimised. However, reducing light exposure leads to a lower signal-to-noise ratio and signal-to-background ratio. #live_cell_imaging
