Excited to finally share this — today I'm releasing the first half of my debut episode in the Iron Nebula series: "Resonance".

This is a project that's been 3 months in the making. The full episode clocks in at 65 minutes and is complete, but I'll be
This one started back in early January. The full episode is built from 822 8-second video clips — roughly 95% generated with Veo 3 and the rest with Seedance 2.0. For image gen I used Nano Banana Pro exclusively.
Everything was made on a Google AI Pro account @FlowbyGoogle and edited in CapCut Pro @capcutapp.

Iron Nebula is an episodic sci-fi/fantasy series with a Star Wars-inspired visual aesthetic and cerebral, dialogue-heavy storytelling in the vein of Star Trek (TNG and DS9). Think high-stakes action blended with thematic depth, character arcs, and big ideas.
Future episodes will likely land in the 40–70 minute range — whatever the story needs.

This film got me noticed by @thedorbrothers. I have the honour to work with them now. It’s gonna be a crazy journey.

Hollywood is not going to fix itself however.
Wokeness drove out all the creative mavericks except a handful like Nolan.
DEI hollowed out the exec ranks and installed an ideological bureaucracy dedicated to propagating “the message”.
Hollywood has never been any good at technology - ffs they are still trying to figure out streaming video in 2025.
The agents, the lawyers, the unions, etc all aggressively resist change.
The problem isn’t just that Hollywood won’t make an Atlas Shrugged movie, it’s that it IS one.
Change will have to come from the outside or it won’t happen.
Hollywood needs an SV mindset, not just to use technology.
That should come from competition.
There are multi-billion dollar businesses in disrupting Hollywood and creating new media startups.
Hollywood is laying everyone off, cutting cost everywhere to survive, even as it kills itself. They can’t invest in anything with any level of risk.
There is a cornucopia of talent available right now. Great people who just want to WORK.
The problem is that no one wants to fund it. Investors ALWAYS gravitate to platforms and infrastructure, not content.
If you don’t invest in content, you get the content Hollywood will produce, and the messaging that comes with it.
@pmarca why not create a Tomorrowood fund to drive this?
@codyhunk Hey, thanks for watching! It's loosely-based on the opening of a feature-length spec I wrote a while back. Had to remove some contextual scenes to save some time. (Protag is the shooter at the end, an assassin with a 24-hour timer to complete each mission.)
Step into the neon-drenched chaos of "Sprawl," my latest project from an old cyberpunk spec screenplay! Witness an infiltrator’s heart-racing mission in 2079 BAMA Sprawl’s Yutani Tower, where bio-pod secrets spark a wild showdown, all in just over 8 mins! #Cyberpunk#Veo3 [Video]
