Of note: @quantumfiber getting emails about having new hardware sent out to support Wi-Fi 7 should probably wait on that. The upgrade process - particularly to install wifi pods extenders - is singularly non-functional.
@quantumfiber Their current customer service wait times are reaching into multiple hours according to some notes from Redditors (POSSIBLY exaggerated, but unlikely). I'm in queue with customer service and showing up as #65 after about half an hour.

It appears from Reddit that there may be a way to make it work if the user can update the firmware in each individual piece of hardware by hand, but that's beyond the understanding of most folks.

I don’t think I like the sheer number of cars on the street…they are huge and fast and driven by people desperate to be elsewhere.
