Design, dadding, darkness. If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?

@pearson_justin@GaryPetersonUSA Mr Locust - this shit is AI and probably a bot.
Hilarious to fake something this pathetic, but I guess it works as rage bait.
@PaulTassi the ZIRP era was marked by insane exspending and all of the layoffs now are primarily because of that.
My former tech employer did a similar thing: signed a MASSIVE new building lease and even the naming rights for the building. They never used more than a 1/4 of it. huge waste
@PaulTassi My concern is Spider-Man was fun because he can swing around, lift heavy stuff, spidey-sense stuff, make web-anything, and crawl and run on walls and shit at high speeds. All Wolverine can do is stab. Only one notch cooler than a dude with knives.
@TheTrueVanguard@KnownAsSys annoying correction:
Bellevue is 1/6th the size of Seattle, caters to affluent white families and is twice as expensive for housing. All of the Bungie people I know / knew lived in Seattle.
However, your cost of living point still stands as Seattle is way up there.
@Phillip63122434@TheTrueVanguard@KnownAsSys AI is trained on (mostly) public code and this web and app code does the same stuff as 'private' code. I don't think that's true of game code. Also, ain't no way it knows anything about Tiger since that is entirely proprietary and private.
@PaulTassi I do see why they see more potential value in a 'one off' spend and then profit situation versus a 'spend even more and then profit but then keep spending for increasingly less profit over time'
I think they might be allergic to live services games?
@dmc_dmcc@errantis_ The only quibble is the โnever intended to be madeโ. I believe he believed they would make them (or some) even though he probably also knew it was likely impossible. You cannot get a man to understand what his corporate payout requires him to not understand.
