People try to separate immortality into different categories like "Biological Immortality" or "Regenerative "Immortality" but those are stupid. In both cases, they can still be killed. If you're killable in anyway then you're not immortal.

Interestingly, I saw a similar situation in another story where a guy had the power to turn back time but no matter how many time he he did so, he couldn't kill this one guy who was vastly stronger than him.
