Hate @Pepperfry delivery and customer service. Their team ends chat in seconds after replying doesn’t wait to see full response nor do they understand what customer is saying. Only give template responses.
@redBus_in@IntrCity worst bus travel experience ever. Intercity captain leaves the bus because it is delayed, bus is more than 5 hours late. Bus hits a car on highway, zero accountability by the driver. Feeling absolutely frustrated. All online reviews of @IntrCity are fake!
@IntrCity And @redBus_in team wants 24 hours to resolve any issue. What do we do in the meantime? Stay here stuck for another day because of your negligent providers. Why don’t you thoroughly vet the providers
@IntrCity has no good buses, no good seats as they show in images. In name of a toilet there is a box with no drainage no system, nothing in the bus. Staff is pathetic and has no regard for passengers. Ditched the bus on first sign of delay. Bus has an accident and no update yet!

If you call the agents out you on hold for 10 mins and then disconnect the call. Amazing service.
