After years of planning, partnership, and construction, the final interchange along the State Road 37 corridor in Fishers is officially open! Mayor @ScottFadness was joined by @GovBraun and Hamilton County Commissioners to cut the ribbon on the new 141st Street & SR 37 grade‑separated roundabout, marking the completion of the City’s portion of the SR 37 Improvement Project.
"I’m proud of this project and everyone from our team who made it a reality today. The citizens of Fishers and the thousands of others who drive this corridor daily have a safer, more efficient roadway to experience for the future," said Mayor Fadness.

Final improvements are planned on 71st Street under I-465 and the bridges overhead. As a result, E 71st Street and the trail are scheduled to close on or after Monday, June 1.
The closure is expected to be in place for up to 60 days.

A new roundabout is planned at 96th St & Cyntheanne Rd. Utility relocation is underway, with construction to begin May 29, 2026. The intersection will close to through traffic during construction, with a signed detour. Local access will remain open.
