So 41% is a strong base considering what is in store and there appears very little appetite in hardline Unionism to even accommodate Irish culture.

@Rebel44CZ @Andy_Kavanagh It follows OECD rules. There’s no law requiring a country to be a high tax economy. Every country in Europe could offer 15% corp tax. Of course Ireland is also the most educated and free, and tech companies decided to HQ here. That helps too.

@AudrandS Ireland like any country in Europe is free to offer 15% corp rate, we follow OECD rules. Giant French and European trawlers take billions every year in overfishing our territorial waters. Ireland is a net contributor to EU. Unlike G7 we are not an imperialist nation causing wars.

@CatharineHoey @dmcbfs The Irish gov sent representatives from both governing parties: Simon Harris and Jack Chambers. The President went to the Coronation. DUP are just running scared of TUV. That’s okay, neither of them will ever be top party. That day has passed, eventually they will have to accept.
