Check SN74 @gittensor_io if you're looking for a low priced, active Bittensor $TAO subnet to discover
Nothing short of impressive

$TAO Fixed emissions on https://t.co/ZVeSnM5SeR and improved details like Miner burn, Root prop, Disabled (which are all related to the new emissions formula)
Planned for later: notifications from onchain events like new subnet name, etc.
Easiest subnet to mine on Bittensor $TAO is @Bitcast_network
If you are active in Bittensor, try it.
I personally don't like following a "campaign" but when I see a subnet that I like or a topic that I don't have to fake being interesting to me, I'll just do it and add a disclaimer that it is a promo.
What would be awesome is if all of us joins and start mining and one day we make a giagantic $TAO campaign to start a Pepe-like hype
Bittensor $TAO Subnet 32, It's AI @ai_detection, just partnered with BitMind SN34.
They also recently locked 90% of all owner holdings in perpetuity, had their detection algo praised by @const_reborn back in March 2026, and last week released OCR detection for scanned/text-recognition content.

Do you realize that @tao_minersunion, while it has not became the biggest validator in Bittensor all its core founders are deeply involved in $TAO?
@Rapido_ai still owner of MUV and built @taoswap_org@kubernautis backend dev of @TrustedStake and frontend built by @cisterciansis (who I mined with in 2023-2024).
@Wejh69 lead dev of subnet 66 @Ninja_Subnet which @const_reborn just praised
@papiercirer is backend dev for subnet 33 @ReadyAI_ and doing a great job as always
@inference_labs is still running subnet 2 Dsperse
Myself, mining in the top Bittensor subnets such as @chutes_ai + @lium_io and created long-term partnership with a reputable DC. Built infra for a open-participation mining pool in Chutes with auditable payment rails and built @taoflows_app
While MUV, as a co-owned validator, ended up with Rapido taking the full ownership and it seemed like it failed, our core mission is still ongoing as individuals working around Bittensor.
Many times people picture me as an hostile troll but when you sum the actions and results, you can see I'm on your side. When i'm critical, it's because I care and I'm a perfectionist, always looking for an utopic perfection which is impossible or always too soon to be real. So yeah I'm annoying, granted, but i'm doing my best so that I can think about Bittensor in a positive way in the present and future
Since @const_reborn stepped in and decided to focus the Bittensor blockchain $TAO emissions on obviously more valuable subnets, I genuinely feel better about the overall state of things.
Seeing that he still cares enough to take the hits from those who are unhappy and still wants to align the network to the goal is satisfying enough.
Decentralization is an ideal but not the most practical way to progress, especially in early phases when still finding out whay works best.
Take a code base, for example... imagine you started a project, and made a good 1.0.0 version, and then you need to fix things but you'd have to get a 1 month delay approval via a DAO vote only to get rejected later. Your code would be STAGNANT and can't PROGRESS fast enough. Meanwhile problems in your code remain and abusers are stealing from your treasury... is this really what Decentralization we NEED?
No, I dont want this type of retarded Decentralization, it makes no sense for Bittensor at this stage. It will only make sense when majority agree that the blockchain is mostly perfect and ready to secure and crystalize.
If you want to mine $TAO, use your favorite AI agent, or Codex, Claude Code, etc., point it at subnet github repos and tell it to figure it out.
Then ask questions like what's the requirements, how do I proceed, what are the skill i need, etc.
If you're not mining on Bittensor $TAO, now would be a good time to start searching for opportunities.
Yesterday, @opentensor enforced the importance that subnets produce useful work and this means mining is coming back as top priority for subnets.
Subnets are no longer forced into micro managing their mining costs by social sentiment because the chain will now punish subnets that have no mining emissions active via reducing THE ENTIRE subnet emissions if they decide to burn.
The details are more technical than the above but in summary that's about it.
So if you wanna get your hands to work, now should be a good time. Maybe you'll be surprised by your own capacity to mine.
All the Bittensor subnets removing the miner burns 24h after @const_reborn announcement lol
Reminds me cockroaches escaping after spraying some good old Konk pesticide on their hidding spots
With thay said, mining is the core design strength of bittensor.
Without miners there's no need for Bittensor so this whole era of burning miner emissions was retarded to me. Cost control all you want but more money paid out to workers with a good subnet incentive mechanism works faster than micro managing peanuts. Miners plan for work based on potential rewards. So now, expect miners to flow in your subnets. Prepare your targets and harden your security. They are coming and they won't stop working
